Questions or rights requests: hi@insuja.com

1. Authorized use

Use the service only for lawful business purposes, within the exact organization, workspace, room, role, and data boundary assigned to you. You are responsible for users, integrations, and instructions operating under your authority.

2. Security abuse is prohibited

You must not:

  • access or test an account, tenant, room, system, or data without written authorization;
  • share, harvest, guess, replay, or misuse credentials, sessions, invitations, or permission proofs;
  • bypass authentication, approval, release, watermark, download, retention, rate-limit, or audit controls;
  • scan, probe, stress, disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except under an approved security-testing agreement;
  • introduce malware, destructive code, hidden payloads, or deceptive files;
  • scrape, bulk extract, mirror, or build a competing dataset or service;
  • conceal origin, impersonate another person, or submit false authorization evidence.

3. Data and content restrictions

Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or obtained without the necessary rights. Do not place payment-card data, health data, biometric data, government identifiers, criminal-offence data, export-controlled technical data, passwords, private keys, or other highly regulated or secret material in the service unless a signed agreement expressly permits it and the required controls are active.

4. Deal boundaries

  • Do not place buyer-private analysis in a seller or shared channel.
  • Do not expose seller drafts or unreleased material to a buyer.
  • Do not use buyer sponsorship to obtain seller administration.
  • Do not release material without authority from the seller that controls it.
  • Do not identify, contact, or compare other bidders through unauthorized data.

5. Automated and high-impact use

Do not use the service or an automated output as the sole basis for granting access, making an investment, setting a valuation, providing regulated advice, making an employment or credit decision, or taking another decision with legal or similarly significant effect. A qualified human must review sources, permissions, context, and the proposed action.

6. Service resources

Respect documented limits and reasonable-use controls. Do not create excessive traffic, storage, accounts, exports, or automated requests that degrade the service or evade plan limits. Contact us before load testing, vulnerability testing, or unusually large migrations.

7. Enforcement and reporting

We may block content, limit a feature, suspend access, preserve evidence, or notify an affected customer or authority when reasonably necessary to stop harm, comply with law, or investigate a suspected violation. We will try to narrow action to the relevant risk. Report suspected abuse or security issues to hi@insuja.com. Do not include active credentials or unnecessary customer content in the report.
