Documents
Which document controls?
A signed order form, service agreement, or negotiated data-processing agreement controls if it conflicts with these website documents. Otherwise, the Terms of Use govern access to the public site and private portals. The Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Notice, Cookie and Local Storage Policy, and Investment Disclaimer are incorporated into those Terms.
Service boundaries
- Public and intake: the marketing site receives access and consultation requests. It does not create a private portal session.
- Investor and buyer: acquisition records, private notes, portfolio work, permissions, and sessions remain in the buyer-private boundary.
- Seller: drafts, releases, access history, and seller administration remain in the seller-private boundary.
- Controlled sharing: seller material reaches an authorized buyer only through an explicit, versioned release.
