1. Current position
The public marketing experience does not currently set advertising, cross-site tracking, personalization, or behavioral analytics cookies. We use only storage and signals needed to provide a requested feature, maintain an authenticated staff or portal session, protect forms, or prevent abuse.
2. Technologies used
| Technology | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Host-only authentication cookies | Authenticate authorized marketing administrators and protect staff-only actions. | Session or the configured authentication expiry. |
| Portal session storage | Hold the opaque session, organization and workspace identifiers, and connection settings for the current buyer or seller browser tab. | Until sign-out or the tab session ends. |
| OIDC state and bootstrap storage | Bind an authentication callback to the login request and prevent request substitution. | Temporary; removed after callback completion or failure. |
| Bot and rate-limit signals | Protect public access and consultation forms against automated abuse and excessive requests. | Short operational windows or provider security retention. |
| Server and edge request logs | Deliver requests, diagnose failures, and defend the service. These are server records rather than browser cookies. | Provider and security retention periods. |
3. Your choices
You can block or clear browser storage through your browser. Blocking essential storage may prevent login, security checks, form submission, or use of a private portal. Because no non-essential cookies are currently used, the site does not display a consent banner. If we add non-essential analytics, advertising, or personalization technology, we will update this policy and request consent before activating it where required.
